Robert was a young man when he took the role of CEO for Providence Senior and Community Services in Washington. Part of the lure of the job was Mount St. Vincent – a skilled nursing facility and preschool – and Charlene. He knew the work she was doing there was transforming residential senior care. Robert learned early in his career the best way to care for the residents at senior living facilities was to care for the caregivers.
